This year for me will be going on 6 years that I've been with Experience Dance Theatre. I have trained with EJ. Each year the company goes to NY to study, and I am excited about going back again this year. I could not have asked for a better coach. Thanks EJ for everything.

Ode To My Neti Pot

This poem was written and given to me by one of my Personal Training Clients, Rosanne Casey... after taking one of my breathing classes, she honored my suggestion for her to start using a Neti Pot for the first time...

Hail to the white netti-pot
Bearing the shape of a genie-pot
You work the magic of a genie
When filled with a concoction
of warm saline solution
And gently pour it from  your stout
Ceramic spout
Into my right then left nostril
You bring soothing balm to my nasal passages
Delivering them from mucous bondage.
O netti-pot, dear netti-pot
I am beholden to you a lot
You've cleared my sinuses of snot.
